VINCTA exists to solve the compliance orchestration problem for German financial institutions. We believe compliance should be deterministic, auditable, and built on rules—not black boxes. Our platform brings together vendor data, internal workflows, and regulatory requirements into a single source of truth. Founded by compliance practitioners who've spent decades answering to regulators—not selling to them.

Why We Started in Germany

Germany has Europe's strictest AML enforcement. BaFin doesn't accept excuses. If your compliance infrastructure works here—under GwG, KWG, and AMLD6 simultaneously—it works anywhere. We built VINCTA in Germany because passing the hardest test first means every subsequent market is easier. The same rules engine that satisfies German regulators handles UK MLR, Dutch Wwft, and US BSA requirements.
